Kathleen “Katy” Schraven is a Marine & Specialty Subrogation Adjuster at The Hanover Insurance group with over 17 years of experience. In this position Kathleen pursues and negotiates recovery opportunities for Hanover’s commercial property and specialty business lines. Her caseload includes builder’s risk, cargo, heavy equipment, and energy sector matters. Kathleen has a Bachelor of Science from Boston College as well as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter CPCU, Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional CSRP, and Senior Claims Law Associate SCLA designations. She is also a member of NASP the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
